As the audience navigates to the link, the service cycles through different results for each new viewer, measuring their interaction with the resource. The Mutate.it algorithm uses this measure of the audience interaction to systemically reduce the resources in consideration until it eventually permanently redirects the link to the winning result. Ideally, this result strengthens the content it was included in and resonates with the audience by turning passive consumers of content into active content producers. Accurately represents your app's identity: The Mutate.it App found at Mutate.it allows users to produce mutating hyperlinks. The service is currently only available as a website and is owned and operated by Whitecap Lead Generation, LLC.

What will this app do with user data? The only user data received is: display name and email. These will be saved and associated with an account that provides basic dashboard information to track the progress of mutating hyperlinks that have been created under that account. This dashboard is shown as additional sections under the primary application page showing resources still in consideration for any mutating link that has been create as well as winning resources for any mutating link that has reached a fully resolved status. The email and display name will be used to identify the user and render results created by their account.

How does this app enhance user functionality? This app enables users to create mutating hyperlink to be shared in whatever manner they see fit. Tracking for mutating hyperlinks is only displayed to signed in users. Any user who chooses not to sign in is still able to generate a mutating link, but will not have the dashboard tracking features for their mutating links enabled. The only enhancement of functionality is access to the dashboard tracking features for mutating links created by the signed in user.
